My Daily Eating Routine
I am currently on the DASH(Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet. The plan consist of 3 meals along with 2 snacks each day. The meals and snacks change each day but you can tailor the plan to your liking. For example if you absolutely love yogurt and want to have that as a snack everyday then you can certainly do that. As far as snacks I typically eat yogurt, fruit, almonds, unsalted peanuts, pecans, baked corn tortilla chips with half of a sliced up avocado. Some meals that I have liked so far are turkey meatloaf, salmon burger, eye of the round steak, baked chicken sandwich just to name a few! Stay tuned for more on meals from the DASH diet!
