My Daily Workout Routine

Listed below are my most current workout routines as of 06/04/2012.

Monday thru Saturday- Insanity by Shaun T, 4 rounds of boxing and a 2 mile jog.

Sunday- Light workout day since this is suppose to be a rest day. I do two 10 minute trainers by Tony Horton, 5 miles on the stationary bike and 2 rounds of boxing.

I am currently training for my second 5K that I will run on July 7th in San Antonio, Texas.
